1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, hygiene liners, and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed hygiene stickers or visible signs of wear cannot be accepted.
- Sale items marked “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Our support team will respond with instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number if the request is approved.
- Carefully package the item(s) and ship to the address provided.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- For exchanges, we will process and ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will prioritize resolving the problem, either by issuing a full refund or sending a replacement at no extra cost to you.
5. International Returns
For international customers, return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark your return package clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges. Any fees incurred due to incorrect labeling will be deducted from your refund.

- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
